About
We help apps get found.
Growdone ASO is an App Store Optimisation (ASO) audit tool. Paste an App Store or Google Play link and get a score out of 100, the fixes that matter most, keyword gaps, competitors and rewritten metadata, in plain English.
Growdone is a small team in India building marketing tools for people who make apps. Growdone ASO is our first product. It works for the Apple App Store and Google Play in 10 countries, including India, the US, the UK, Brazil and Indonesia.
Why we built it
Most apps are never found. People search the store, see the first few results, and install one of those. Getting into those first results is called App Store Optimisation (ASO). Agencies charge a lot for it, and most ASO tools show charts full of data but don't tell you what to change.
We wanted the opposite: paste a link, and in about a minute see exactly what is holding your app back and the words to change, in plain English.
What the score measures
Every audit runs up to 29 checks on your public store listing (a few apply to only one store) and gives a score out of 100. The checks are fixed rules, so the same listing always gets the same score. Each check passes, warns or fails, and each category counts for a set share of the score:
Metadata
Share of score: 30%
What it looks at: Title, subtitle or short description, and description: length used, words that people search, words wasted, store rules.
Keyword coverage
Share of score: 25%
What it looks at: Which searches you show up for, which ones your competitors win and you don't, and how high you rank.
Creatives
Share of score: 20%
What it looks at: Icon, screenshot count, the first three screenshots, captions and preview video: what people see before they tap.
Ratings & reviews
Share of score: 15%
What it looks at: Your rating, how fast new ratings come in, how many reviews complain about bugs, and whether you reply.
Localisation & freshness
Share of score: 10%
What it looks at: Languages your listing supports, how recently the app was updated, and whether release notes say what changed.

Where the data comes from
- Public store data only. Listing details, ranks, ratings and reviews come from the App Store and Google Play, the same things anyone can see. We never ask for App Store Connect or Play Console access.
- Verified or Estimated, always labelled. Numbers straight from a store are marked Verified. Numbers from our own model, such as how popular a keyword is, are marked Estimated.
- Store rules from the source. Character limits and listing rules come from Apple's and Google's own documentation, and our guides link to it.
How we use AI
AI writes suggestions: a new title, subtitle or description you can paste in. Those suggestions are checked against the same store limits and rules as everything else. AI never sets your score. The score comes only from the rule-based checks.
What we don't do
- We don't install anything in your app or need your store passwords.
- We don't sell your data. See our privacy policy.
- We don't lock you in: plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. See our refund policy.
